You want your staff to feel comfortable seeking your advice and asking for clarification if they feel something is unclear.
Don’t make decisions that undermine your leadership. Mistakes are inevitable, but use them as lesson to move you forward. Use the advice you’ve just been given. Leadership requires confidence in what you can do for others.
